On one of the sisters’ many trips, they encountered quinoa porridge which comes from South America. Quinoa is a very popular grain variety, which is well suited for breakfast, desserts, salads and vegetarian meatballs. Here Anna has prepared a sweet and delicious breakfast porridge, which is also rich in protein.


Shopping list:
1⁄2 dl quinoa
1 dl water
1 dl coconut milk
1 vanilla pod
A pinch of salt
1 stick of cinnamon
Lemon peel (1⁄2 lemon)
1 dl roasted almonds
1⁄2 banana
A drizzle of honey
