Anna has baked delicious muffins for the entire family.

Ingredients: (approx. 16 pcs.)
220 g soft butter
220 g of sugar
1/2 vanilla pod
4 eggs
275 g of wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
200 grams sliced rhubarb (2-3 cm.)
1/2 cup. cane sugar
100 grams of chopped white chocolate

Anna’s recipe:
Stir butter and sugar soft and whisk in the eggs one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder in the dough. Spread the dough into Søstrene Grene’s muffin cups. Mix the chopped rhubarb with cane sugar and chocolate and place them on top of the dough. Bake about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
