Recipe: White chocolate cake
- 250 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125 g butter
- 225 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl milk
- 100 g white chocolate chips
- 75 g of chopped almonds
- Grated peel from half an orange
Whip eggs and sugar into an airy consistency and add the chilled melted butter.
Mix flour and baking powder and pour it into the dough.
Add milk and stir well.
Finally, turn the chopped white chocolate, almonds and grated orange peel into the dough.
Pour the dough into small silicone molds and bake at 175 degrees (hot air) for approx. 20 minutes – or until they are done
