Anna loves to surprise Clara with small delights. This time Anna made a recipe for small protein bites which suits well in a lunchbox as candy on a Friday. The snacks can be varied endlessly with nuts and dried fruits. Anna also recommend adding spices such as powdered cardamom, cinnamon or licorice powder.

Shopping list:
1/2 dl salted cashew nuts
40 g of chocolate
11⁄2 dl Urtekram muesli
5 tbs Urtekram peanut butter
2 tbs Urtekram cacao powder
2 tbs cranberries
1⁄2 vanilla pod
1⁄2 dl almonds
2 dates
Maybe add some water
