Anna has been cooking again. This time she has given its “skyr” a little exotic twist. It can be both a saturating morning meal, but it is also well suited as a small protein snack in the afternoon.

2 dl skyr
1 spsk ananas/mango marmelade
1 cm ingefær
1⁄4 lime
1 spsk ristede kokosflager
1 tsk mynte
